Louise Lonergan is a professional, ICF accredited Life Coach with extensive experience in personal development. In 2004, she began her coaching journey with the Irish Lifecoach Institute, working from medical centers in Lucan and Dundrum. Demonstrating commitment to professional growth, she updated her credentials in2021 to meet the International Coach Federation (ICF) core competencies. She abides by the ICF code of Ethics.
Louise's coaching approach is deeply transformative, she works with her clients in close partnership facilitating their self-discovery.
