I graduated with a 2.1 B.A. (Hons) degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy. The BA in Counselling & Psychotherapy is a recognised professional qualification and training by the Irish Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (I.A.C.P) and satisfies the professional requirements of this body. I am also a fully accredited member of I.A.C.P., and work according to their code of ethics. I also have a certificate in Applied Social Practice (Counselling Studies), I completed all my training to date at the Dublin Business School. I work in a humanistic and integrative way, and so use a wide framework through which each person can be understood, and worked with in a way that is most suited to their needs.

I work on a weekly basis, each session lasts 50 minutes. Each session is a supportive and reflective space for you which will aid you to be comfortable discussing particular issues troubling you. I am an experienced therapist and work with adults on a one to one basis, in a confidential, non-judgemental and supportive setting. This enables the person seeking help to feel accepted and supported while expressing their feelings and emotions and to talk about anything that is of concern to them.

I have experience working with a wide range of issues some of which include : Depression, Bereavement and Loss, Anxiety, Relationship issues, Work related issues, Feelings of low self-esteem, Trauma, Stress, Eating disorders, Difficulties coping with life. I have a particular interest in working with issues of bereavement & loss, depression, eating disorders, relationship issues, and low self esteem/personal development.
